Yes. Multi-family is our core business. We have completed communities of more than 300 units spanning a dozen or more buildings, with the crews, scheduling, and quality controls to scale across an entire site.
What does multi-family plumbing include on a new community?
The full scope: underground and rough-in plumbing, water and sanitary systems, fixtures and trim-out, and final testing for every residential building, plus the clubhouse, maintenance buildings, and site amenities such as pools and dog washes. We coordinate directly with the general contractor through every phase.
